This Policy explains how AetherPay collects and uses information when you use our website, dashboard, and payment APIs.

1. Data we collect

Merchant account data (name, email, password hash, webhook URL), API usage logs, payment metadata (amounts, statuses, order IDs), and basic device / IP logs for security.

2. How we use data

To operate UPI checkout, USDT settlement, fraud controls, support, billing, and product improvement. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

We may share data with payment processors, blockchain settlement partners, hosting providers, and when required by law. End-user UPI details are handled by licensed payment partners under their policies.

4. Retention & security

We retain records as needed for settlements, disputes, and legal obligations. Access is restricted; passwords are hashed; API keys can be rotated from the dashboard.

5. Your rights

Request access, correction, or deletion of merchant account data at privacy@aetherpay.live, subject to legal retention requirements.
