These Terms govern access to AetherPay's UPI collection and USDT settlement services for merchants operating crypto sites, games, and related platforms. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

AetherPay provides APIs, hosted checkout, webhooks, and a merchant dashboard so you can accept UPI payments from end users and receive settlement in USDT according to your plan (Starter or Premium).

2. Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API keys. Keys must remain on your servers. You are liable for activity performed with your keys.

3. Fees & settlement

Platform fees and transaction fees are published on the Pricing page. Starter: $7,999/month, 5% txn fee, T+2 USDT settlement. Premium: $14,999/month, 2% txn fee, same-day USDT settlement. Fees may change with notice.

4. Compliance

You must comply with applicable laws, gaming regulations, and payment-rail rules. Prohibited use is described in the Acceptable Use Policy. AetherPay may suspend accounts that create legal or settlement risk.

5. Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is”. UPI success rates, FX conversion, and network delays can affect settlement timing. AetherPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from payment failures outside our control.
