Refund Policy

This Policy covers AetherPay platform fees and how merchant-facing refunds interact with UPI collections and USDT settlements.

1. Platform fees

Monthly Starter ($7,999) and Premium ($14,999) fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where required by law or if AetherPay fails to provide service for a material outage lasting more than 72 continuous hours.

2. Transaction fees

Per-transaction fees (5% Starter / 2% Premium) on successful UPI payments are not refundable after settlement processing begins.

3. End-user refunds

Refunds to players/customers are your responsibility as merchant. If you initiate a refund after USDT settlement, AetherPay may deduct the amount (plus fees) from future settlements or invoice the shortfall.
